GNC Total Lean 48 Hour Cleanse Cleanse
Well, my husband has finally talked me into trying the GNC Total Lean Cleanse. I've tried it once before and the results were my jeans fitting looser (Yay)! The following is a link to the GNC Website Cleanse to provide all of the health, supplement information, and ratings. about the cleanse I'm on.
Here is everything put into a nutshell:
- This cleanse is designed to clean your digestive system of all the junk
- The cleanse will make you fuller so you eat less
- Wonderful source for fiber, but not so much that you'll be going to the bathroom like crazy
- Drink the cleanse 4 times per day (4 fl.oz. of cleanse mixed with 4 fl.oz. water per serving)
- Encourages you to eat more vegetables and fruits or what I like to call rabbit food:
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Clear Soups
- Gelatin
- Plenty of water
- Caffeine free tea
- GNC Total Lean Shake Cookies and Cream (Other flavors are: Rich Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, French Vanilla, Swiss Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut butter, Banana, Strawberries and Cream, Blueberries and Cream just to list a few. As you might've guessed... the Cookies and Cream is my favorite.
- Doing this cleanse means that sugars, fried foods, and processed foods are to be limited.
Disclaimer and Important Information
If you plan on making drastic changes to your diet or have a compromised digestive system I highly encourage you to discussing it with your doctor before making any solid life changing plans. I'm doing this cleanse because I know that it works for me and my body.
