Crock Pot Macaroni & Cheese


  • 8oz. medium shell macaroni
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (I like the smoked cheddar and some provolone in mine.   The more cheese the better)!
  • 4 TBSP melted butter
Cook macaroni according to box.   Rinse with warm water and drain noodles.   Butter the sides and bottom of crock pot (2 TBSP butter).   Combine macaroni with remaining ingredients.   Cook on Low for 2 1/2-3 1/2 hours.   Stir occasionally.

**Optional** I like to add broccoli or any other green vegetable or some kind of meat
