Crock Pot Tilapia & Veggies


  • 4 6oz. Tilapia fillets
  • 4-6 diced tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • Salt & Pepper (any other seasonings)
Place tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and garlic in crock pot.   Add 1/2 cup of water.   Add seasonings (salt and pepper).   Top with tilapia fillets.

Cook on Low 3-4 hours.

Optional* use rice, noodles, or quinoa for side/ bed
